Tournament and Event Planning Tips
- Establish a date and how many guests will be attending and what format you will be using a scramble is recommended and should be googled for exact rules. A shot gun start requires a minimum/maximum 32-52 golfers. Alternatively, less, or more participants can be accommodated.
- Ensure an appropriate commitment from your guests in advance, all tournaments are rain or shine. Final confirmation of guests and meals must be received 10 days prior to the event. A deposit may be required.
- Determine if food is required for the tournament. Intolerances can be accommodated.
- A beverage/snack cart will be provided during the tournament, all alcohol must be purchased from Meadow Lakes any outside alcohol is prohibited. Please respect our liquor licence.
- Determine hole competitions, if a “hole in one” is required we can recommend hole # and distance. We provide markers and signs for the competitions.
- Golf club rentals are available if required.
- 50 seat private pavilion for your event and/or seating on our patio around putting green ( 75-100).
- We can offer Meadow Lakes gift cards or logo apparel for your prize table.
