Tournament and Event Planning Tips
- Our friendly staff at Meadowlakes Golf Club is here to assist or answer any questions you may have to ensure your special occasion is enjoyable and memorable.
- Establish a date, how many guests will be participating in the event and what format you will be using (stroke play, scramble, etc.).
- Ensure an appropriate commitment from your guests in advance as a deposit is required (suggestion here, 25% of total budget)
- Determine if food and beverages are needed.
- Determine if tee gifts or custom logo merchandise are required. Hole in one insurance can also be provided.
- We can offer from our golf shop has an extensive line of merchandise and accessories for your event prize table.
